Bloggin 4 Wrexham

Mae Blogio'n rhywbeth sy'n dod yn fwy fwy poblogaidd pob dydd ac yn ffordd wych o rannu gwybodaeth a newyddion, yn enwedig am faterion sydd efallai ddim yn cael cymaint o sylw ac y dylai yn y cyfryngau mwy traddodiadol. Dwi wastad wedi meddwl y byddai blogio am sefyllfa Clwb Pêl-droed Wrecsam yn ffordd da o wneud pobl yn ymwybodol o beth sy'n digwydd i'r clwb ar hyn o bryd. Os oes gennych flog ac mae'n cael ei ysgrifennu'n dda, gallwch fod yn dennu darllenwyr hyd yn oed os nad ydynt n cefnogi CPD Wrecsam neu ddim yn hoffi pêl-droed hyd yn oed.

Dwi newydd lunio rhestr o flogiau gan gefnogwyr Wrecsam. Os wyddwch am fwy, gadwech i mi wybod drwy adael sylw.

Blogging is something that's becoming more and more popular, and is an excellent way of sharing information and news, esspecially about maters that don't get much attention in the more traditional media. I've always thought that blogging about the situation at Wrexham FC is would be a good way of making people aware of what's happening to the club. If you have a blog and it's well written, you could be drawing readers who don't even support Wrexham FC or who don't like football even.

I've drawn a list of blogs by Wrexham fans. If you know of more, let me know by leaving a comment.

Blog Droed - This is a blog by Gary Pritchard who works for the sports team on Radio Cymru. His blog is about world football in general, but as he's a keen Wrexham fan, the club is mentioned a lot.

Tartan Red on Tour - Following a Wrexham fan who now lives in the Scottish Higlands as he attempts to visit every football groung in Britain to raise money for charity. Well worth a look. There is currently an Auction for donated memrobilia including a football signed by Welsh players before the recent home match v Engl*nd.

Sara's Wrexham F.C. World - A blog by a young Wrexham/football fanatic

Red Alert - A well written blog about the woe's of being a Wrexham fan

Alex Hamilton Screwd my Footbal Club - A new blog, with not many postings yet (well 2 actually).

Wrexham AFC: A fan in exile - A blog for exiled Reds wherever they are by a student at Manchester. There's a nice feature where he interviews different exiled fans.

Wrexham Crazy - A blog by a young Wrexham fan. More of a personal blog than a dedicated one about the club or football.

Rich's Space - Again a personal blog, with a few posts about following the Reds

Cochion Caerdydd - The most popular and most visited Wrexham related blog ever (in my dreams of course)

Gwenu dan Fysiau and Smiling under Busues
- My two personal blogs (one in Welsh and other in English) which I sometimes post about Wrexham on.

Statto's Meanderings and Welsh Wayne's Blog are two well written blogs by Wrexham fans that I used to read, but both seem to have been abandoned which is sad.

Tickets are now on sale from the Racecourse and we can accept either personal or postal applications.

If buying via the post, please make your cheques payable to 'Wrexham AFC' and also include an SAE, along with your contact details, as failure to do so may well delay your application being processed.

Protest yn Woking

Cyn y gêm oddi cartref yn Llundin yn erbyn Leyton Orient dydd Sadwrn, aeth 150 o gefnogwyr Wrecsam i dref Woking i orymdeithio a gwrthdystio tu allan i swyddfeydd Andy Smith a'i gwmni UPA sydd eisiau prynnu clwb pêl-droed Wrecsam. Nid oes neb yn siwr iawn beth yw bwriad Andy Smith, ond beth sy'n amlwg ar hyn o bryd yw nad oes ganddo'r arian, ac mae rhai'n amau ei fod yn rhan o gynllwyn gan y perchenog presenol Alex Hamilton i atal prynnwyr eraill rhag dod mewn a rhoi trefn a sefydlogrwydd i'r clwb. Mae Neville Dickens, gŵr busnes o Wrecsam sydd â chysylltiadau â'r clwb ac Ymddiriedolaeth Cefnogwyr Wrecsam yn barod i gymeryd y clwb drosto, ond byddai'n well gan Alex Hamilton weld y clwb yn diflannu er mwyn cael datblygu'r tir.
Dywedodd llefarydd ar ran y cefnogwyr:

Before the away match in London against Leyton Orient on Saturday, 150 Wrexham fans went to Woking to march and protest outside the offices of Andy Smith and his company UPA, who want to buy Wrexham FC. No one's really sure what Andy Smith's intentions are, but one thing's obvious is that he doesn't have the cash, and some believe that he's part of a scheme by the present owner Alex Hamilton to stall things and prevent other buyers from coming in and providing the club with stability. A local business man (Neville Dickens) with links to the club, and the Supporters Trust are ready to take ownership of the club, but Alex Hamilton would rather see the club disappear so that he can develop the land.
A spokesperson for the fans said:

"There is an offer on the table from the Moss/Dickens consortium which all Wrexham fans are backing, however Hamilton is unlikely to take that offer whilst UPA is offering silly money that they don't seem to have. We do not know what UPAs plans are but they seem incapable of finding backers willing to fund the deal for them. They are currently 3 months into a 3 week lockout agreement with Hamilton and that tells you all you need to know about UPA and Andy Smith. We will not accept any deal that does not put the club first."
